Mehrael, Mahmoud, kholoud, my experience started with mahmoud when he allowed me the early check in, Mehrael was very welcoming, and mr.Yehia the deputy manager was really helpful

The room service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were professional, helpful, and attentive, which made the experience comfortable and pleasant.
Areas for improvement:
The only point I did not like was that the regular bathrooms did not have a bidet/shattaf. Adding this facility would make the stay more convenient, especially for guests who need it
